EXAMPLE 1
At the beginning of January 2019, I was speaking at an event in London about Social Media Strategy, following the event I spoke to the Director of a Small Plumbing Firm, he explained that he had been working with a Facebook Ads Agency for the last 12 months and was paying them £1200 per month. For this he was receiving around 10 bookings per month which was pretty much breaking even. I was shocked having worked with similar businesses before I had seen much better results.
Upon looking into this in more detail I found that from his £1200 monthly spend, the agency was taking the first £662 as a management fee and only £538 (LESS THAN 50%) was actually going directly into the campaign!
I advised him to drop his current agency and learn; spend a couple of days doing some Facebook training with me free of charge. We were able to quickly improve his overall strategy and he was able to use his entire budget to maximum effectiveness. In 12 months he has increased his annual turnover by over 230% and now employs 4 additional members of staff!
EXAMPLE 2
Last year I was asked to come into a meeting secretly appearing as a company employee, while the agency they were working with gave them an update of their new marketing strategy to assist them in the sale of their energy drinks. The agency they were working with didn't suggest using any Facebook Ads as part of the proposed £5000+ per month strategy.
At this point the company were doing approximately £6000 in online sales per month. I worked with them using exactly the same strategy we teach inside the academy and within 3 months they were doing £50,000 in online sales, and last month hit £90,000 in online sales that a 1400% increase in 12 months!
EXAMPLE 3
I was introduced to a small family owned garage at the end of last year that was struggling to make ends meet and was at a real risk of closure. Looking at the Ads Campaigns they currently had running through an agency partner they were receiving Zero Results!
We switched up their strategy using a Facebook Custom Audience using their existing database..... in the first 30 days they made an additional £273,000, needless to say they are doing just fine now!
